Terms of Use

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using Sanctified Code™: Discerning AI. The app is designed to support human discernment, not replace professional, pastoral, scholarly, legal, medical, financial, or spiritual judgment.

Purpose of the service

Sanctified Code™: Discerning AI helps users define how they want AI tools to assist their work. It creates reusable personalization instructions based on the user’s own answers about vocation, values, scholarship, voice, ethical boundaries, divine-language preferences, and preferred working style.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for the decisions you make, the material you publish or teach, the pastoral or professional care you provide, the scholarship you submit, and the information you choose to place into an external AI system. Review generated profile instructions before using them.

Not professional advice

The app does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, employment, accreditation, denominational, or other regulated professional advice. It also does not replace prayer, pastoral discernment, spiritual direction, academic supervision, or institutional policy.

Appropriate use

Do not use the app to violate law, professional obligations, institutional policy, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality duties, or another person’s privacy. Do not submit confidential information that you do not have authority to use.

External AI platforms

The app prepares text that can be used with services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools. Those services are independent products with their own terms, privacy practices, capabilities, limitations, and account requirements. Use of those services is your responsibility.

Accuracy and verification

The app helps express your preferences, but it cannot guarantee that an external AI assistant will always follow those instructions or produce accurate, unbiased, complete, or appropriate results. Verify important claims, quotations, citations, statistics, scholarship, and decisions.

Your content and intellectual property

You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you enter. The app does not grant permission to use third-party copyrighted or confidential material. Sanctified Code™, the app’s original framework, interface language, and related branded materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Service availability and changes

Features may be revised, added, removed, corrected, or temporarily unavailable as the service develops. Access may also be limited when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.

Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or ended when necessary to protect users, the service, legal obligations, or service integrity, including in response to misuse, security threats, or attempts to circumvent access controls.
