Privacy Notice
Effective September 27, 2026
This notice explains what Sanctified Code™: Discerning AI collects, how the app uses that information, how long app-controlled records are retained, and the choices users should understand before saving or transferring a profile to another AI platform.
What this app stores
The app may store account and authentication information needed for access, your Discern & Define questionnaire responses, generated AI Discernment Profiles, saved profile versions and revision history, limited product-usage analytics, and administrator-managed app content. For users who participated in pre-launch beta testing, historical beta onboarding and feedback records may also be retained for product history and launch analysis.
How your information is used
Your information is used to provide the Discern & Define experience, generate your profile, let you save and reopen it, create platform-specific versions, support PDF downloads, maintain version history, provide support, secure the service, measure product adoption and engagement, and improve the product. The app is not designed to use your profile content for advertising.
Product usage analytics
The app records limited usage metadata so administrators can understand whether the service is being used effectively. Analytics may include the authenticated account ID, event type, date and time, related profile ID when relevant, and selected role and AI-platform categories. Events may include app sessions, starting or completing Discern & Define, creating or updating a saved profile, copying a profile, and downloading a profile PDF. Analytics events do not store questionnaire free-response text, generated profile text, banned-word lists, theological notes, divine-language notes, or other free-response profile content. The app may use local or session browser storage to avoid recording duplicate daily session or funnel events.
Public landing page analytics
The public landing page records limited, anonymous usage analytics so the service can understand how visitors find and use it. These events may include a landing page view and clicks on the sign-up or sign-in calls to action. They are recorded with an opaque, randomly generated browser identifier used only to count unique visitors and avoid double counting. Public landing-page analytics do not store your name, email address, IP address, questionnaire answers, generated profile text, free-response content, or any device fingerprinting data. Product analytics are used to understand adoption and improve the service. The app does not use advertising tracking and does not sell analytics data.
Historical beta records
Pre-launch beta onboarding and feedback are no longer part of the public user experience. Historical beta records remain limited to authorized administrators. Identified beta records are covered by the same access, correction, and removal process described in this notice.
How profile generation works
Your AI Discernment Profile is generated through code-based rules and templates using the answers you provide. The profile-generation process in this app does not send your questionnaire answers to an external generative AI model to write your profile.
Confidential and sensitive information
Do not enter identifiable pastoral-care, counseling, medical, confessional, personnel, student, patient, client, or other sensitive case information. Discern & Define is for your preferences, values, work, voice, and boundaries, not confidential case material.
Storage and service providers
The application uses Base44 infrastructure for app hosting, authentication, and application data storage. Service providers may process data as needed to operate and secure the app.
Data retention and deletion
Account, profile, and app-controlled analytics records are retained while your account remains active or until you request removal, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection against misuse. After a verified removal request, app-controlled records will be removed from active application records within 30 days when no longer required for those purposes. Service-provider backups and system logs may follow the provider’s own retention practices. Historical beta feedback and product analytics may be retained in de-identified or aggregated form for product history and analysis.
When you move a profile to another AI platform
If you copy or paste your profile into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another AI service, that information leaves this app and is then governed by the privacy practices and terms of the service you chose. Sanctified Code™: Discerning AI does not control how an external AI provider handles information after you submit it there.
Access, correction, and removal
You can edit your saved profile and update the information it contains. Requests concerning account, profile, or analytics data, privacy, correction, or removal may be sent to wedreambig@dririe.com. A removal request may require verification that the requester is authorized to act on the account.
Security
The app uses access controls and user-level data rules intended to keep saved profiles and participant records limited to the appropriate user and authorized administrators. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should still avoid entering information that does not belong in an AI personalization tool.
